Disputes, Refunds, and Cancellations
It’s Slixa’s policy to do everything possible to make sure our customers are happy! If you ever have a problem or complaint related to your advertising, simply contact us by one of the above methods and bring it to our attention. We will work with you to resolve any issues immediately. In the rare case that we’re unable to satisfy your request, we’ll be happy to close your account and issue you a refund for up to 30 days of your basic ad cost. To request a refund and/or cancel your Slixa account, please login to your account and select “Help” under the “Settings” menu.
